Henry Lobdell is an attorney by trade, and runs LobCo, Inc., a consultant company specializing in reorganizing and modifying the operations of companies. Mr. Lobdell developed his skills as the operating manager of a medium sized law firm in Hawaii.
Mr. Lobdell has taken over the operational management of several companies, restructured them, and then sold them back to their original owners, often with spectacular results. For instance, Mr. Lobdell’s company resurrected an agent of a national cellular carrier from near bankruptcy to a 600% growth over three years. Additionally, Mr. Lobdell’s company is currently working with a high end property magazine and its publisher in restructuring its operations. The magazine and publishing company have turned a positive cash flow for the first time in two years.
Vin duVin brought in Mr. Lobdell as its COO to set up the operations of the Company from the onset. He will structure the company for growth and cash management; based on past performance, Mr. Lobdell will help the Company achieve profitable results.
