Thomas Kesoglou is a lawyer in the Corporate Finance department of McCarter & English, LLP. He counsels his clients on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions; public and private debt; equity finance transactions; securities law compliance; venture capital financing; corporate and limited liability formation; and governance. Mr. Kesoglou has handled complex domestic and international transactions for his firm’s diverse client base. He has represented clients at every stage of development, from start-up ventures to publicly-traded corporations.
Mr. Kesoglou previously practiced law at Goodwin Procter, LLP’s New York office for four years. His duties included representing venture capital investors, corporate borrowers, and financial institutions. Mr. Kesoglou also worked for two years as an investment banker for CIBC World Markets in its Real Estate Finance & Securitization Group.
Mr. Kesoglou is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He received his law degree from Rutgers Law School, graduating in the top 10% of his class. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, magna cum laude, from Seton Hill University. His extensive, day-to-day knowledge of corporate finance, and his background as an investment banker will greatly aid the Company. |
